Turkey, Tomato and Havarti Panini

I had the most delicious lunch today: a simple grilled sandwich made with homemade bread, roasted turkey breast, sliced tomatoes, fresh basil and havarti cheese. And a few chips.

  5. Thanks to you all for stopping by. I don't have a panini maker and just use a Le Creuset grill pan. It works great and and other uses too.

  7. The sammy looks wonderful. I've had some great avacados lately - Maybe they would make a great addtion, along with some very crisp bacon.

  9. Sounds delicious Cathy, but I'm still loving those grilled cheese croutons. I've told a bunch of my friends about your brilliant idea for tomato soup, and of course, they loved it!
