Your photos are amazingly beautiful! The peonies are perfect with the Eiffel Tower! Ours do not even have buds yet. And just wish I had the eggs for breakfast. The last photo is gorgeous with the great rock formation, it does look like a haystack. Sadly, I've never visited Oregon but would surely love to after seeing this! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI like what you like......especially peonies!!!
ReplyDeleteWe like a lot of the same things. This morning I'm making egg-in-the-hole for my sister and niece who are here for a family wedding. Fleur de sel est de rigeur here, but I don't have the truffle variety. Cannon Beach is one of my favorite places too.
ReplyDeleteWOW..such gorgeous peonies and calla lillies!! The eggs are the picture of perfection. We lived in Longview WA (1992-1995) and my inlaws still live there so we visit. Cannon Beach (and Seaside) are some of my favorite places on earth :)
ReplyDeleteBlessings & Have a great weekend!
Gail
All good shots - I especially like the one of the rock rising from the mist.
ReplyDeleteI love this idea of sharing a few of your favouite things.
ReplyDeleteThe peonies are gorgeous - I've been scouting out fern peonies around town, I just love them. Your callas are beautiful, I've tried growing them with not much luck!
ReplyDeleteI'm lucky enough to have a close friend keep me supplied with fresh farm eggs, every time I visit her I end up with a few dozen mysteriously placed in my car!
Hot air baloons are so colorful... Haystack Rock is a photographers dream!
Super post!!
Love your post! Whew - do I love sunny side up eggs?!?! Every weekend, baby!

Your favorite things are mine as well. Our farmers' market doesn't open until the first week in June. You can bet that I will come hope laden with farm fresh eggs, freshly cut flowers and any vegetables available. Oh, and one of the first things we will get will be many varieties of cherries. That when I'll be making cherry pie!
ReplyDeleteBest,
Bonnie

The other things are nice, too.
When you see me, standing on the street corner with my worldly possessions wrapped in a bandanna that's dangling from the end of a stick, you know I've hitch-hiked acrossfthe country to come live with YOU!

Cannon Beach is very special to my husband and me. I love the shot of Haystack rock.
ReplyDeleteThe sunnyside up eggs have my tummy rumbling - it looks like the perfect breakfast.
It was so fantastic to finally meet you yesterday, I am sorry it took so long for me to make it to the market. I wish we would have had more time to chat but you know kids... they wanted to explore. We all really love your nuts - the bag was gone by the end of the day.
I adore peonies, Cathy. When my daughter was living in Paris, I had never been before. And on her dining table was a round glass bowl filled with peonies. I'll always remember it.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos of the things you love. I agree with all of them!
